According to the book of 1st Corinthians, Paul tells us of the gifts given to us through the spirit. Only the born again have the gifts.
The gifts in the Bible recorded are:
Interpretation of tongues
Gift of healing
Gift of speaking in tongues
Gift of prophecy
Gift of preaching
All these are through the spirit, so if you are not born again, and you can prophecy, you are fooling yourself, become born again In Jesus' Name
