Standing for Christ is not as easy as you mean it. Christians are supposed to strive to be righteous in whatever they do. I have learned that the moment you make a any commitment to the Lord, you feel tempted to do other wise. But some people were not like that in the Bible. Hannah for instance. She wanted a child, and she made a promise to God to give her child to the Lord in service. Next year she had a child, she stuck to her commitment and quickly gave her child to the priest Eli. Some times when you have done something good, without temptations, it probably means, you have another bigger test than you had before, get ready.
