Take a minute and answer the title's question. If you answered any other reason than God's child, then you got it wrong. You are God' children. Think about it, the creator of the universe is on your side, why should you worry about any thing else? You have an unmerited favor that God gives you, especially happens when you need it. Since you are God' child, you should have more faith than what you have. As Jesus said, with faith you can tell the mountain to move, and it will happen as you say. What Jesus meant was, you can move any problem of your life to go away with faith. It God is for you, no one can stand against you.
