No one can serve 2 masters

No one can serve two masters. You have to pick one. Either eternal glory, which is God, or earthly glory. Earthly glory is not something to run the rat race for. Earthly glory has a lot to do with money. In most cases anyone who has a lot of money is regarded as someone who has a earthly glory, who is someone to envy. But that is something not to go for. God's glory Is eternal, it is something bigger than money, or other earthly glory. For the things on the face of the earth that are unseen are eternal, those that are seen are not eternal. Love is not seen, and it is eternal, money is seen it will never be eternal. Most people who have earthly glory are not happy. There are rich people, people with palaces as homes, who have beds that cost 1500 dollars, yet they do not sleep in peace. That is the result of someone who loves the world. In fact most people who are living for eternity are more relaxed than the lovers of the earth. The devil is the prince of this world. He shows us lots of things that are flashy, but in the end will give you no peace. In fact you can just call them ashes. The devil flashes these things unto you, because he know the place you are going to stay, heaven, he knows your eternity. He was once living in eternity, but left due to a sin he committed.  Now he doesn't want you to live in eternity. If you want to follow God put all of these earthly things behind you and follow God. You have the choice, if you want to follow God, make this Prayer:
Dear God may you take away all my earthly desires and loves out of me, may you replace them with the desire and love to follow you for the rest of my life here on the earth. In Jesus' name, Amen.
With that prayer you are living for eternity, your result is going to be far better than you can ever imagine.
