Live to give

Life is very important. It is very short, the bible says we are like a puff of smoke, then we disappear. Due to this knowledge we have just learned, it is better to live on some of these principles before the Lord's coming. One of the most important principles is to Give. Live to Give is about living for the life of helping caring and giving others your time and especially your ears. This principle would help in any situation in life. If someone is stuck in life, does not know what to do, giving would help him or her to get right back on track. Even if you just listen, sometimes people just need someone to hear their stories, so they just need your ears. Sometimes God would give you some compassion for anyone, if God ever does that for, you have to listen and obey him. Even if you might think the person might be okay, just do it. One time I was reading Joel Osteen' book Your best life now, he said that God gave him compassion for an old friend of his. He decided to give him a call, when he did that he heard his friend crying, after a minute his friend said
"Joel, my marriage has fallen apart, I asked God if he was still fighting my battles give me a sign, and you were on the phone,"
You see God was working in both sides, he gave the compassion to Mr Osteen and Mr Osteen eventually made a call to his friend who asked God for a sign the sign appeared instantly. That is the God we are serving. If God tells you to do something you should do it, in fact most of the time God would tell you to do something that benefits somebody. Please I urge you to always listen to God, and live to give always.
